The Euphorbia family is a large genus of succulent plants that like bright direct and indirect light and are easy to care for! The Firestick Euphorbia has bright green pencil or stick shaped leaves that turn coral, orange to red in prolonged bright light. This plant is easy to care for also because it can tolerate lower lighting conditions and not drop leaves and or die due to low light levels.
The Euphorbia family is toxic when the sap is ingested to touched in large enough quantities and characterized by the white latex sap it omits when cut, damaged or injured.
These arid region plants like bright light and their soil kept moderately dry. Water and allow soil to dry out between waterings.
Plant is potted in 8 inch nursery pot and is approximately 10 inches wide and 20 inches tall.
